Wild Blueberry Balsamic Beets with Toasted Pecans

- 3 Tablespoons chopped pecans
- 2 Tablespoons Wild Blueberry Balsamic Condimento
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3 medium beets, steamed, peeled, and sliced or 1 can (15 oz) sliced beets, drained
Instructions
- In medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, toast pecans, stirring often, until browned, about 4 minutes. Transfer to plate.
- In same skillet over medium-heat, cook condimento, sugar, and butter. Add beets. Cook, stirring often, until beets are heated through and all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Top with pecans. Serve at once.
