Our first commitment is to make your experience with us the best possible.

Our bottles are filled and prepared for shipping only after your order is finalized. We guarantee the freshest possible product and promise to replace any bottle that does not fit these standards with another of equal or lesser value.

We process all credit cards, debit cards and checks through our online partner, PayPal. None of your financial system is ever in our possession. By finalizing your sale online, you agree to not hold Marisolio Tasting Bar responsible for any identity theft or the results thereof. Marisolio Tasting Bar makes no warranty on behalf of PayPal.

By finalizing an order with Marisolio Tasting Bar online, you warrant that you are the person who is named on your method of payment. Falsifying information is a crime and prosecutable by your local authorities as well as the authorities of Murphys, California.

Cancellations of orders may result in a re-stocking or product-loss fee no more than 10% of your order. Finalized orders that have shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Orders, in whole or in part, may be returned should they be incorrect, defective or not fresh as warranted. Returns will only be accepted after the purchaser has contacted us by email (info@marisolio.com) or by phone (209-728-8853). If replacement product is necessary, shipping charges may apply if a new delivery address is given other than the one finalized for the order.

Should a finalized order be returned for any reason other than those listed above it may also be subject to a 100% product-loss fee at the discretion of Marisolio Tasting Bar.
