Brine and Infusing Class: 10:00 AM & 6:00 PM

April 9, 2019


This exciting class will be taught by Ivan Niles, who has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, beginning his professional studies at the California Culinary academy’s Cordon Bleu program. He continued to New York City to hone his skills in modern French cuisine and followed that with a position with the Tartine Group at Bar Tartine in San Francisco, a James Beard award-winning culinary hot spot. I addition to restaurants, Ivan has an extensive private event catering experience in the television and film industries. In his free time, he is building his own mushroom cultivation business called Sporganic. For our class, Ivan will explain how to make the following exciting dishes:
Lavender Brine Pork Loin
Brown Butter Spaetzle
Pomegranate Balsamic Braised Brussels Sprouts

Classes will be at 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. To make reservations for this class, please call the store at 209-728-8853. The fee for this class will be $45. Bring a friend and get $5 off.
