Our chef for this Irish cooking event is Marisolio’s own Aubrey Hanshaw, who has been cooking for 20+ years and has worked under many chefs in the area. Aubrey coordinates the cooking classes and instructors for Marisolio and is an amazing teacher herself. Her Basque cooking class, for example, was a huge success. Aubrey’s penchant for healthy and delicious food will be evident in her Irish Inspired Pot Full O’Gold class. Try to make this class. You’re going to love it!
Irish Bread Pudding with an Irish Cream special sauce
Chef Aubrey will demo how to make Au Gratin Potatoes family style. The Reuben will be prepared on Rye bread with a secret special sauce. The slaw will be prepared in front of the class using Cascadian Wild Raspberry Balsamic. Irish Bread Pudding will be sweet and savory and finished with an Irish Cream sauce.
