Our Cooking Classes resume in February. The first of the “new season” classes will cover Bone Soups and be taught by Bambi Porter aka Gypsy Cowgirl. The Cookbook Giveaway was fantastic. I was able to weed out many of my cookbooks to make way for new culinary interests. Now I just have to figure out a way to downsize a complete collection of Sunset Magazines that I have maintained since 1962. October 27: 2nd Annual Witch Walk

Mary Lou and her sister, Barbara, who jointly put out the newsletter are taking a mini-vacation this month so the news will be minimal.

During her vacation, Mary Lou will be working on a book purge at her home. She has many interesting cookbooks which she would like to share with her customers. On October 7th, Marisolio will be holding a special event to launch the fall cooking season. On that date, anyone who buys a bottle of oil or vinegar may choose one of her many cookbooks as a special gift. Each bottle you buy merits a cookbook. Buy 10 bottles and take home 10 cookbooks. Come early before the books disappear!
