Oregano White Balsamic Grilled Shrimp

  • 3/4 cup Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Oregano White Balsamic
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon White Balsamic
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • 2 1/2 lbs large shrimp, shelled and deveined


  1. Start the grill.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Oregano, and Lemon White Balsamic, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto metal skewers and grill over high heat, turning once, until the shrimp are lightly charred and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
  4. Meanwhile, simmer marinade on the stovetop for a few minutes.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the skewers and transfer them to a platter.
  6. Spoon the sauce on top and serve!
