- 4 large potatoes
- Olive oil of your choice such as Tuscan Herb, Wild Mushroom and Sage, Baklouti Green Chili Oil, Red Cayenne Chili Oil, or Chipotle Olive Oil
- Drizzle the slit potatoes with the oil of your choice from the suggestions in the Prep Information Section on the left. Sprinkle with pepper and sea salt and bake on a foil lined cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes from the side almost all the way through so that the potato looks like an accordion opening up.
