Ingredients
- 3/4 cup yellow mustard
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons Butter Olive Oil
- 1-1/4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Whisk until combined. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool. Use as you wish. This is especially good on pulled or chopped pork.
- Save any unused sauce in a sealed container for future use.
