- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Hot Chile Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Roasted Japanese Sesame Oil
- 1-2 Tablespoons sugar
- Sesame sees or chopped scallions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
- Great for dipping spring rolls, summer rolls or potstickers.
