Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup Chipotle olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth (about 3 mins).
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita, or with the desired side.
