Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup Chipotle olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth (about 3 mins).
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, pita, or with the desired side.
