  • 1/2 cup Cilantro & Roasted Onion Infused olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  1. Whisk together all ingredients until completely combined. Place in a ziplock baggie or plastic container and add up to 2 pounds of your favorite type of meat, poultry or vegetables.
  2. Refrigerate and marinate for 1 to 2 hours
