Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Frantoio-Leccino EVOO or any other good EVOO
- 3/4 cup Canoloa oil
Instructions
- Blend together all the ingredients except the oil. Then add oil. Whisk or use an immersion blender to thoroughly blend. Chill dressing. Whisk or shake before using. Keeps well in refrigerator
