Ingredients
- 8 oz. dried apricots, quartered
- 4 oz. dried cherries
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons brown mustard seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 green apples of your choice, peeled, cored, and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 bay leaves
- Kosher salt, to taste
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients and 3 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Stirring occasionally, cook for about 40 minutes until the apricots and cherries are plumped, apples are tender, and the liquid is reduced.
- Cool.
