- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients with 1/2 cup water and season with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
