- 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons Butter Olive Oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 oz. rum or brandy (depending on strength
- Beat all the ingredients until very well combined. If too stiff, add 1-2 Tablespoons more of the Butter Olive Oil.
- Serve with steamed plum pudding, pumpkin pie, or mincemeat pie.
