  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons Butter Olive Oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 oz. rum or brandy (depending on strength


  • Beat all the ingredients until very well combined. If too stiff, add 1-2 Tablespoons more of the Butter Olive Oil.
  • Serve with steamed plum pudding, pumpkin pie, or mincemeat pie.
