- 6 Tbsp Ultra Premium Koroneike Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic Condimento
- 2 Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard
- Pinch each of fresh ground black pepper and kosher salt for seasoning
- Combine all ingredients except for the Ultra Premium Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a stainless non-reactive bowl.
- Whisk to dissolve the salt.
- Slowly drizzle in the Ultra Premium Koroneiki EVOO.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
- Serve immediately or store chilled.
