  • 6 Tbsp Ultra Premium Koroneike Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic Condimento
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch each of fresh ground black pepper and kosher salt for seasoning


  1. Combine all ingredients except for the Ultra Premium Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a stainless non-reactive bowl.
  2. Whisk to dissolve the salt.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the Ultra Premium Koroneiki EVOO.
  4. Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
  5. Serve immediately or store chilled.
