Ingredients
- 1 cup diced, large or medium grilled shrimp
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 Serrano Peppers, seeded and minced (optional)
- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- 1/4 red onion, cut into small dice
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp Spicy Serrano Honey Vinegar
Instructions
- Mix the shrimp, cilantro, cumin, tomatoes, peppers, lime zest and juice, vinegar, and red onions in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh tortilla chips.
