  • 1 cup diced, large or medium grilled shrimp
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Serrano Peppers, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 red onion, cut into small dice
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Spicy Serrano Honey Vinegar


  1. Mix the shrimp, cilantro, cumin, tomatoes, peppers, lime zest and juice, vinegar, and red onions in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh tortilla chips.
