Kalamata Olive and Cream Cheese Dip

  • 1 1/2 cups Kalamata olives, reserve brine
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive brine (from the Kalamata Olives)
  • 1 tbsp dried onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Add olives to the bowl of a food processor, blitz for approximately 5 seconds to roughly chop
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor. Blitz for another 10 seconds to combine
  3. Serve with chips or crackers
