Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups soy sauce
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup Roasted Japanese Sesame Oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 3 large green onions, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate.
- Best if marinated overnight. Turn meat over in the morning and return the meat and marinade to refrigerator until time to grill.
