  1. 4 Tablespoons Butter Olive Oil
  2. 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice or to taste
  3. Salt and finely ground pepper
  4. Chopped parsley (optional)


  1. Heat the Butter Olive Oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the lemon juice, a little at a time, and taste for tartness.
  3. Add salt and pepper, to taste
  4. Add some chopped parsley to the mixture (optional)
