- 4 Tablespoons Butter Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice or to taste
- Salt and finely ground pepper
- Chopped parsley (optional)
- Heat the Butter Olive Oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the lemon juice, a little at a time, and taste for tartness.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste
- Add some chopped parsley to the mixture (optional)
