Mango Salsa with Mango White Balsamic

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced (about 3 cups)
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and diced
  • 12 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, loosely packed
  • juice of one lime
  • 1/2 cup Mango White Balsamic


  1. Toss all ingredients together until combined. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
