- 1 ripe mango
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Mango White Balsamic
- 1 bottle chilled Prosecco sparkling wine
- Put everything into a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth!
- Strain through a sieve and discard solids.
- Place 2 tablespoons of mixture into each glass and fill with cold Prosecco.
