Mango White Balsamic Bellini

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Mango White Balsamic
  • 1 bottle chilled Prosecco sparkling wine


  1. Put everything into a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth!
  2. Strain through a sieve and discard solids.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture into each glass and fill with cold Prosecco.
