  • 1 pound frozen green peas
  • 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemongrass-Mint White Balsamic Condimento
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • Flatbread or pita chips for serving


  • Combine the frozen peas in a food processor with the tahini, mint and Lemon-Grass Balsamic Condimento. Puree until chunky-smooth.
  • Add a pinch of salt and serve with flatbread crackers or toasted pita chips.
