Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen green peas
- 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Lemongrass-Mint White Balsamic Condimento
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- Flatbread or pita chips for serving
Instructions
- Combine the frozen peas in a food processor with the tahini, mint and Lemon-Grass Balsamic Condimento. Puree until chunky-smooth.
- Add a pinch of salt and serve with flatbread crackers or toasted pita chips.
