  • Two 6 oz. cans of chopped black olives
  • Two 4 oz. cans of diced green chiles
  • One 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Picholine Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch seasoning salt


In a medium mixing bowl, mix all listed ingredients together. Cover and chill overnight. Serve cold or at room temperature on crackers or toasted, sliced baguettes.
