Ingredients

Ingredients for sauce:
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Ingredients for the Noodles: 8 oz Pad Thai Rice Noodles 1 tsp dark toasted sesame oil Ingredients for the Pork: 1 lb pork sirloin cut into strips 2 tbsp Chiquitita Extra Virgin oil 3 cloves garlic, minced Ingredients for vegetables:
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Boil 4 quarts of water in a large pot, remove from heat and drop in noodles. Separate by stirring, cover with a lid, and let them soak for 6-7 minutes until al dente.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and pork strips and cook until evenly browned on all sides (about 5-6 minutes). Add the sprouts, carrots, pepper, and noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and mix in the sauce, green onions, and peanuts. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds and serve.
