  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons Portuguese Cobrancosa or Ultra Premium Chiquitita EVOO
  • 2 Tablespoons Portuguese fresh crushed red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • fresh parsley, chopped


  • Mix all the ingredients together. Season to taste. Serve cold.
