Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice without sugar
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon protein powder (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Spice Balsamic Condimento
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until ice is completely blended and mixture is smooth.
- Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.
