Ricotta Toast with Grapes and Spanish Ham

  • 6-8 Black grapes
  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup rocket leaves or any other green leaves
  • 2 slices of Spanish ham
  • 2 tbsp Picual Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp of sliced almonds
  • 2 slices of bread (your choice)
  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Add black pepper to cottage cheese and mix.
  2. Spread on bread and a slice of Spanish ham to each piece of bread.
  3. Garnish with Rocket leaves and add grapes to toast.
  4. Sprinkle with Olive Oil and sliced almonds.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
