- 1/4 cup Pinot Noir Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Ultra Premium Arbequina or Picholine Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In a food processor, blend all the ingredients except the olive oil together. Through the tube at the top of the processor bowl, slowly add the olive oil. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.
