  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Ginger Balsamic 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 pound fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed and halved (about 4 cups)


  1. Place the first 6 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in poppy seeds.
  2. Add peas to dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes before serving.
