Sunday Night Pasta with Juniper Berry Balsamic Condimento

  • 7 large fresh tomatoes or 1 large can
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh majoram
  • 2 Tablespoon mint
  • 2 Tablespoons chives
  • ¾ cup Basil
  • 3 Tablespoons Leccino EVOO
  • 10 cloves garlic in large dice
  • 1 lb Pasta
  • serves 4-6
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Juniper Berry Balsamic Condimento


  • Cook pasta according to directions. Heat Leccino EVOO in skillet with the garlic. Cook slowly to release the sweetness (about 15 minutes). Add herbs to oil to release the flavor. Drain pasta and toss with sauce and chopped tomatoes. Grate parmesan cheese with vegetable peeler. Toss pasta with the cheese and a drizzle of Juniper Berry Balsamic Condimento. Serve hot.
