Turmeric Scrambled Eggs with Kale

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1.5 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Heat the Butter Olive Oil in a skillet. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs.
  • Add the spices and heat until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped kale to the Butter Olive Oil and cook until slightly wilted. Add the whisked eggs. Mix all kale, eggs and spices together and cook until eggs are the right consistency for eating.
  • Great breakfast, lunch, or light dinner. So easy!
