
Ingredients
- 32 ounces boiling water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder, or to taste
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 handful cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 1 Tablespoon robust olive oil such as FS-17 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 5 peppercorns, whole
- 1 orange, juiced (or substitute 1-1/2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Put water on to boil. combine all ingredients in teapot. Pour boiling water into the pot and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy.
