- 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 - 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp Umeboshi Plum Balsamic
- 1 pinch of salt (or more to taste)
- 1/2 cup Athinolia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Drizzle of Toasted Sesame Oil (optional)
- In a bowl, whisk juices, Umeboshi Plum Balsamic and salt together.
- Add the oils in a thin stream, whisking until incorporated. Sample and adjust seasoning to taste.
