Ingredients

  • 1 apple sliced/chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pear sliced/chopped
  • 2 bananas. sliced
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 3 clementines, peeled and separated
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Key Lime Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Mint

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine apple, pear, bananas, kiwi, clementines, and pomegranate seeds. Lightly toss.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together honey, lime balsamic, poppy seeds, and mint. Drizzle over fruit and toss until coated. Serve.
