Produced in the traditional manner of Modena, out of progressive barrel vinegars some 18 years of age, this is our finest Balsamic Vinegar. The various barrels give this dense ‘nectar’ a unique bold flavor and character. Especially delicious when drizzled on sliced strawberries and other fresh fruits.
